Service description
EverydayHub provides free online utilities for productivity, media, development, finance, health screening, and optional AI-assisted workflows. Tools are provided "as is" for general informational and utility purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to disrupt infrastructure, scrape at abusive rates, upload unlawful content, or use tools to violate applicable law or third-party rights. You are responsible for your inputs and outputs.

Finance-related tools and guides (including EMI, SIP, CAGR, dividend, interest, loan, and investment calculators) are for educational and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Results are estimates based on your inputs and simplifying assumptions; actual rates, fees, taxes, and market performance may differ.

EverydayHub branding, site design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tool outputs generated from your own inputs belong to you, subject to any third-party rights in underlying materials.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYDAYHUB AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES — INCLUDING RELIANCE ON FINANCE OR HEALTH CALCULATOR OUTPUTS.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverydayHub from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EverydayHub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
