Overview
EverydayHub provides free, browser-based utilities for everyday tasks. Our default design is privacy-first: most tools process your files, text, and inputs entirely on your device without sending them to our servers. We do not sell your personal information.
Client-side tools
The majority of EverydayHub tools run in your web browser using JavaScript. When a tool is fully client-side, the content you enter or upload is not transmitted to EverydayHub for processing. We do not operate user accounts on the main hub and do not require sign-in to use standard tools.
Some companion properties (for example AI Hub or Vibe Studio) may offer optional cloud or streaming features. When you choose those features, data handling is described in the relevant product interface and may differ from fully local tools.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or similar aggregate, privacy-oriented metrics to understand overall site traffic (such as page views and referrers). These services are designed to provide anonymized, high-level statistics without cross-site tracking profiles, advertising cookies, or sale of visitor data. We do not use invasive third-party ad trackers on the main EverydayHub site.
Browser storage and cookies
EverydayHub uses localStorage (not advertising cookies) to remember your display theme preference (everydayhub-theme: light or dark). This stays on your device and is not shared with us. You can clear it anytime through your browser settings.
We may store a simple acknowledgment (everydayhub-consent) after you dismiss the site notice about local storage, so the notice is not shown on every visit. No marketing or cross-site tracking cookies are set by the main hub for this purpose.
See Cookie Preferences on this page for details. Because we do not use non-essential tracking cookies, there is no complex cookie banner beyond this transparency notice.
Optional AI assist features
Certain AI-powered tools may run models locally in your browser or, when you explicitly opt in, send prompts or files to a cloud inference provider. Optional cloud features are never enabled silently. When you use offline/local AI modes, processing remains on your device. Review each tool's on-page disclosure before enabling cloud assistance.
Information we do not sell
EverydayHub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not build advertising profiles from your tool usage on the privacy-first hub.
California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of personal information we hold (if any), and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. EverydayHub does not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Children
EverydayHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
